Pancake batter





Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (for 15 pancakes):
- 300 g flour
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 50 g butter, melted
- Milk (about 75 cl), to be determined until the liquid thickens
- A small glass of rum liqueur.

Preparation of the recipe :

Place flour in a bowl and make a well. Put the eggs, sugar, oil and butter.
Mix gently with a whisk by adding As milk. The paste thus obtained should have a consistency of a slightly thick liquid.
Heat a non-stick pan and place a few drops of oil. Cook the pancakes on low heat.
