Easy apple cake

Ingredients (for one cake)
- 220 g caster sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar package
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 125 g flour
- 1/2 rapeseed oil glass
- 3 to 4 apples

Preparation of the recipe :

Preheat oven to 160 ° C (gas mark 5-6).

Mix all ingredients, then add the potatoes previously cut into small cubes.

Mix again with the spatula.

Pour cake batter into a buttered pan and bake for 40-50 minutes at 160 ° C.
