Peach and Cherry Whipped Cream Cake with Chocolate Shavings 🍑🍒🍰
Ingredients:
For the Cake:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

1 tbsp vanilla extract

½ tsp salt
For the Frosting:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Bake the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8-inch round cake pans.

In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
