Preparation and cooking tajine



In a bowl, thoroughly mix the diced meat, spices and salt.
In a skillet, heat half the oil and fry the meat until browned.

Remove from the pan and put them in the tagine dish, sauté the onions in the pan by adding oil.
Add the onions to the meat in the tagine dish, pour 2 cups of water and cook in oven for 1 hour.
In a skillet, brown on its two faces, the pumpkin in butter, add honey and pour over the slices of pumpkin.
Add the meat and cook for another ½ hour.
When ready to serve, put the chopped coriander over the meat and pumpkin.
serve hot
