Chickpea salad



Preparation time: 
30 minutes 
Ingredients: 
1/4 kilo of Homs. 
Small onion, finely chopped Tkotaiaa. 
Clove of crushed garlic.


2 tablets Green Pepper (turkey). 
2 tomatoes. 
Amontin juice. 
A little olive oil. 
A pinch of salt. 
1/2 teaspoon of cumin. 
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 
1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate.

How to prepare hummus: 
Purified chick peas, wash thoroughly, then soaked in water with one teaspoon of sodium carbonate for nearly twelve hours. 
And washed with water and drown Boil for one hour over medium heat until it starts to boil, then reduce heat to simmer until the container closed. 
Chickpea salad preparation method: 
Add the chickpeas to the onions and peppers and tomatoes, and stir until mixed. 
Mixes with the oil, garlic and lemon, salt, cumin and black pepper. 
Pour the mixture over the chickpeas, and serve hot or cold as desired. 
Notes: 
Should not over-cook until chickpeas grains remain incomplete.
