Chickpea salad



Preparation time: 
30 minutes 
Ingredients: 
1/4 kilo of Homs. 
Small onion, finely chopped Tkotaiaa.

2 tomatoes. 
Amontin juice. 
A little olive oil. 
A pinch of salt. 
1/2 teaspoon of cumin. 
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 
1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate.

How to prepare hummus: 
Purified chick peas, wash thoroughly, then soaked in water with one teaspoon of sodium carbonate for nearly twelve hours.
